Revisions

• The number of revisions you receive depends on the package you select.
• Revisions are free as long as they fall within your package and do not involve a major design change.
• Once a design is finalized and approved, further edits will be treated as a new project and billed separately.
• Most revisions are delivered within 48 hours.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available if:
• A special promotional package was purchased.
• The initial design concept has been approved.
• Revisions have been requested.
• A request is made after 7 days of purchase.
• The client is unresponsive for more than 2 weeks.
• The brief lacked sufficient details or required major changes.
• A complete design change is requested after work begins.
• Services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Domain Registration,
Trademarks, Hosting, or Paid Plugins have been delivered.
• A website design has been approved and sent for development.
• A partial refund (up to 25%) may be issued if no creative brief is provided within 10 days of order placement.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email, live chat, or phone). Once refunded, you forfeit all rights to the designs delivered by Healthcare Web Agency.

Cancellation

• Service cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.
• If a cancellation request is not made within this notice period, a fee of 50% of the project value may apply.
• Upon cancellation, we will provide any completed work and assist with a smooth handover.

Quality & Satisfaction

• Every project is handled with care and research to deliver high-quality results.
• We offer unlimited revisions (within package limits) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Our goal is to exceed your expectations and deliver designs that meet your business needs.

Delivery

• Final files will be delivered to the email or account provided in your order confirmation.
• Turnaround time depends on your selected package, with a minimum of 2 business days.
• Urgent delivery requests can be arranged by contacting our support team.

Record Keeping

• We maintain records of finalized designs for future reference in case of misplaced files.

Customer Support

• Our support team is available 24/7 through official channels listed on our website.
• Communication outside of our official email addresses (…@healthcarewebagency.com) or phone numbers is not recognized.
• If a client is inactive for more than 45 days, project reactivation charges may apply.

Payments

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed package or invoice.
• We accept multiple secure payment options.
• Payment information is processed through encrypted systems, and we do not store sensitive details.

Confidentiality

• All personal and business information shared with Healthcare Web Agency remains confidential.
• We do not disclose client information to third parties unless required by law.
